I never responded to the sales meeting email you sent out several weeks ago. You asked 2 questions and gave us an option to reply anonymously. I’ve been busy and never replied. I do not want to reply through the link because I want you all to know what I’m saying and how I feel.

TELL US 1 THING YOU LIKE ABOUT OUR OFFICE
Well, I can think of A LOT of things I like about our office. You all go over and beyond to help us agents and you WANT us to thrive and better ourselves both personally and professionally each year. You are personable and you really do care about each one of us! That truly means a lot.
I just opened my paycheck and you wrote a note to me on my paystub congratulating me on paying off my RAPP. Do you know how that made me feel? It made me feel good about myself and in turn that will make me work that much harder to accomplish my goals. I’ve said this before but I’m saying it again. I am SO glad I am apart of your office and I wish I had come here years earlier! I have a lot of catching up to do!! LOL Thank you both and you are doing a GREAT JOB!!
ONE OPPORTUNITY I SEE AT OUR OFFICES
I now see thanks to you all that I DO live in a world of abundance. It’s there for me. All of it! I had settled in being just the “average” agent and ok with making around 100K. NOT ANYMORE! You have been an inspiration with your training, your kind hearts and believing in me. SO to answer the question, I see opportunity at your office to exceed well beyond the “average” 100K annually. You have put a drive in me and I’m not settling anymore. Because of your office, I now have unlimited opportunity and I’m GOING FOR IT!!
I feel like I’ve known you all my life. Thank you both for giving me this opportunity to work here and you all are doing an AWESOME job!!!
