DENVER – The Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), an annual ranking of the 200 most powerful leaders in residential real estate, has recognized numerous RE/MAX leaders for their influence on and advancement of the industry. More than 400 hours are invested each year analyzing hundreds of biographies, announcement, annual reports and transaction and sales volume data to develop the list.
RE/MAX Co-CEO, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board Dave Liniger claimed the fourth spot on the list, up from sixth in 2017 and eighth in 2016. RE/MAX Co-CEO Adam Contos made his debut on the prestigious list of industry trendsetters at No. 18. Contos was named Co-CEO in May of last year after serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. RE/MAX President Geoff Lewis was listed at No. 24.
